• Are You Insured? 

Yes we are fully insured. Public liability and professional indemnity. Along with all our equipment is fully insured.

• What deposit do you require? 

All our sessions require a £5 deposit.

With exception of

Deluxe Cake Smash - £10 Deposit

• When does the remainder have to be paid? 

On the day of session

• How long will i have to wait for my photos?

If you opt in for sneak peaks, these are usually delivered via social media within 48 hours after session.

For the rest of your images and online gallery you usually receive within 7-14 days after session

• What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept:

Cash

Bank transfer

Paypal

Receipts via text or paper can be provided for each type of payment.

• What format will my photographs be in? 

We provide our customers with high quality jpegs

• What are your copyright policies?  

While we hold the copyrights for the photographs, we do allow the client to use the material for printing and social media purposes (see our terms and conditions for full details)

• What will you use our photographs for?

In general we use photographs in our online portfolio, printed portfolio and advertising purposes. While we have every right to do the above, we do offer an opt out option at time of booking.
